Industry Summit 2026
The nation’s medical and pharmaceutical industrial base is a strategic national asset and it must be protected and strengthened. ASPR’s Center for Industrial Base Management and Supply Chain – IBMSC – is bringing together leaders from government and industry to identify how we can partner to expand and reinforce this critical asset and ensure the nation is prepared for future incidents that stress the overall medical supply chain.
IBMSC hosted a one-day summit to gather industry feedback to help shape the development of the first-ever HHS industrial base policy framework—the U.S. Medical Manufacturing Industrial Development Strategy.

Cross-sector partnerships necessary to ensure a robust, surge-ready, and globally competitive U.S. medical manufacturing ecosystem.
